"I first saw Meaghan Woodruff after I threw my back out. It happened quite innocently one night when I stifled a sneeze so as not to wake my wife. The pain made me pass out. When I awoke I could hardly walk. I needed help getting out of bed, using the bathroom and getting dressed. It was fortunate that day that there was an opening in the schedule.
